Romania's capital, the nation's centre of cultural and economic life, was founded more than 500 years ago and is a natural starting point for visits to the country. Airport - City Transfer

The airport is situated 10 miles (16km) north of Bucharest.

An express bus service 783 leaves every 15 minutes for the city centre; the journey takes around 40 minutes. Taxis and Sky Services (+4021/ 9441) minibuses are also available 24 hours to take passengers anywhere in Bucharest or to any other region in the country.
